The hotel offered good customer service, with nice staff and clean rooms. It also provided value for money with good food and facilities. the location was central and convenient, with easy access to attractions. Some rooms even had a good view of the surroundings. the hotel had a water boiler in the bathroom, a plus for tea lovers.

Noise could be an issue, particularly with doors slamming and people talking loudly.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. They offered excellent customer service throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast served was delicious and there were a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient for me.

Nothing it was perfect.

This cozy hotel was a perfect spot for our romantic escape. The room was spotless, and the decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The hotel had a charming courtyard where we enjoyed a couple of glasses of wine before heading to our room. Additionally, the hotel was in an excellent location, just a few steps away from the main street, providing easy access to shops and restaurants.

While we loved staying at this hotel, we must admit that we did have a few issues. The first one was the noise. While our room was well-insulated and allowed us to sleep peacefully, outside, the street noise could sometimes be overwhelming. Additionally, the hotel Internet was intermittent, which created a slight inconvenience when trying to use our devices. Nevertheless, these issues did not detract from our overall positive experience at this lovely hotel.

The customer service was amazing and the staff were very nice. The rooms were clean and the value for money was good. The food was also good.
